All sheets come as a JPG image. KITS contain mutliple sheets. These are in a ZIP file. You can download Winzip here http://download.cnet.com/WinZip/3000-2250_4-10003164.html if you don't already have it. There is also free unzipping software here http://www.camunzip.com/. No refunds are made if you do not have Winzip or if you do not know how to print the files. A kit will typically contain an A5 version of the main image, a sheet of decoupage elements for you to 3D, co-ordinated backing papers or panel sections of the card, multiple message labels and a step by step instruction sheet. Many kits also contain matching envelopes. Naturally you can resize the sheets to make any sized card you like.
